Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory

The postcard above was brought home in my duffel bag instead of being mailed to my mother in 1991 during the first Gulf War.

In preparation for Veterans Day, I decided to go through old pictures and memorabilia from my father's World War II items.  To my surprise, I discovered an intriguing history I never realized.  I totally understand why I want to symbolically build bridges and stop the enemy!  What's more, the actual discovery of my father's past lay in wait until this date November 11, 2015.

Let's go back in time with mom and dad to the 40's...

...and, tell a tale about the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Bridge (above).

A Unified Effort

For the troops, supervisors (like my father a Staff Sergeant), and the commander of this unified effort to build bridges to cross the Rhine River was a dangerous affair... and a successful one!

Literally tons of hard work...

The greatest artifact in my historical dig...according to Joachim von Ribbentrop... was "the 2,800-foot railroad bridge at Mainz (called the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Bridge) was built in nine days and twenty-two hours, beating the ten-day record set by Julius Caesar's engineers in bridging the Rhine."

"Hilter saw the Rhine as a 'they shall not pass' symbol of the steadfastness of the THIRD REICH."

I wished my father had talked more about his experience during World War II.  The most I got out of him was, "I supervised men who built bridges in Europe."  The clues which include a purple heart he received for his injuries, the above photos, a certificate showing where he sent home captured enemy equipment, a group picture of men who worked on the bridges and maps of the bridges they built tell an incredible tale.

The group picture and maps (above) will remain concealed as well as the details of my secret map drawn on the inside of the worn-out cover until I post another blog on this adventure.

Standing guard on our house father...

This post is in honor of my father, Ora E. Banfield, who served in the Army, November 20, 1943, to March 6, 1946.

OF GRAVE CON CERN

Of Grave, Con Cern is Something We Need to Dis Cern

CERN

The Portal Factor

"Hundreds of years ago, Indian artists created visual images of dancing Shivas in a beautiful series of bronzes.  In our time, physicists have used the most advanced technology to portray the patterns of the cosmic dance. The metaphor of the cosmic dance thus unifies ancient mythology, religious art, and modern physics." - Global Watch Weekly

What's the Big Bang about the Portal Factor?

A strange report circulating in the Kremlin back in September 2008, states that over 20 US Soldiers from the United States Army’s 716th Military Police Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, tasked with providing security for the ancient Iraqi city of Babylon, and based in the Iraqi town of Hilla, had committed ‘mass suicide.’  This occurred after their attempt to ‘link’ what was as an ancient ‘stargate’ to the CERN’s Large Hadron Collider which was one of the most controversial science experiments in human history conducted in Switzerland.  The CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC) was reportedly being used as the ‘power source’ for this attempt to ‘contact the gods’ through this stargate.  Reported by Iran’s Press Dr. Michael Salla

An Exopolitical Perspective on the Preemptive War against Iraq -

“An independent archaeologist that discusses a direct link between the ancient ET presence in Sumer (southern Iraq), and current US focus on the regime of Saddam Hussein, is William Henry. Henry's main thesis is that there existed in Sumerian times a technological device which he describes as a 'Stargate,' that the Anunnaki/ Nephilim used to travel back and forth from their homeworld and the Earth, and also how they travel around the galaxy. If there is a Stargate existing in Southern Iraq that will play a role in such a 'prophesied return of the gods', then it is most likely that clandestine government organizations that greatly influence or control the Bush administration, are aware of the existence and the role of this Stargate.  Iraq's President Hussein is most likely also aware of such a Stargate's existence as might be inferred by his architectural projects intent on reviving the grandeur of early Mesopotamian civilizations, and cementing his place as the restorer of Iraq's past glory.”

In 2008 scientists from around the world came together to launch the Large Hadron Collider, a particle accelerator in Switzerland, tasked with recreating the conditions of the Big Bang and answer some of the most fundamental questions of the universe.  In the lead-up to this spectacle, concerns about the project - from scientists and conspiracy theorists alike - intensified leading to lawsuits in American and European courts over last-ditch efforts to halt the project, and a flurry of threatening e-mails and telephone calls from worried members of the public who feared the massive machine could cause earthquakes and tsunamis that would destroy the world. Located deep underground on the Swiss- French border, the Large Hadron Collider is a 27- kilometer- long circular tunnel in which high-energy beams of protons traveling in opposite directions were slammed into each other at energies up to seven times greater than any achieved before.

SciFi channel drops pilot series called Rewind -

Is this a coincidence?

The metaphor of the cosmic dance thus unifies ancient mythology, religious art, and modern physics.

Is there a connection beyond mere metaphor?

Why is this area newsworthy?

In the Book of Enoch, Mount Hermon is the place where the Watcher class of fallen angels descended to Earth.  The Portal Factor!  The picture below is at the foot of Mt. Hermon.

Israel did not maintain control of this area throughout a significant portion of its history - of course, especially following the fall of the northern kingdom. During inter-testament times various pagan and political influences shaped the area, including the Greeks and Egyptians. A major battle at this location in 198 B.C. (the Battle of Panium), following the death of Alexander the Great, saw Antiochus III (called "the Great" as well. Ruled circa 223-187 B.C) defeat the Egyptians (Ptolemaic rule) and take control of the land of Israel for the Seleucids.  Near the grotto of Pan, some niches were carved into the rock cliff. These niches were used to hold idols depicting numerous deities, including Echo, a mountain nymph who was said to be a consort of Pan.

The Portal Factor...

Of grave concern is something we need to discern carefully about CERN, which is the God part.

Commentary on MARKINGS

1925 - 1930

Thus It Was

I am being driven forward
Into an unknown land.
The pass grows steeper,
The air colder and sharper.
A wind from my unknown goal
Stirs the strings
Of expectation

Still the question:
Shall I ever get there?
There where life resounds,
A clear pure note
In the silence.

A brief quote from the forward of Markings is the only commentary necessary for our current civil servants as well as aspiring peacemakers in our world.

A reader of Markings may well be surprised by what it does not contain - that Dag Hammarskjöld should not make a single direct reference to his career as an international civil servant, to the persons he met, or the historical events of his time in which he played an important role- but if he is surprised by what it does contain, then he cannot have read the credo which, shortly after his appointment as Secretary General, Hammarskjöld  wrote for a radio program of Edward Murrow's.
From generations of soldiers and government officials on my father's side I inherited a belief that no life was more satisfactory than one of selfless service to your country or humanity.  This service required a sacrifice of all personal interests, but likewise the courage to stand up unflinchingly for your convictions.  From scholars and clergymen on my mother's side I inherited a belief that, in the very radical sense of the Gospels, all men were equals as children of God, and should be met and treated by us as our masters.
Translated from Swedish by Leif Sjoberg & W.H. Auden.  Forward by W. H. Auden.

Offspring of the past, pregnant with the future, the present moment, nevertheless, always exist in eternity - always in eternity as the point of intersection between time and the timeless of faith, and therefore, as the moment of freedom from past and future.

Thou who art over us,
Thou who art one of us,
Thou who -
Also within us,
May all see Thee - in me also,
May I prepare Thee for all that shall fall to my lot,
May I also not forget the needs of others,
Keep me in Thy love
As Thou wouldest that all should be kept in mine.
May everything in this my being he directed to Thy glory
And may I never despair
For I am under Thy hand,
And in Thee is all power and goodness.
Give me a pure heart - that I may see Thee,
A humble heart - that I may hear Thee,
A heart of love - that I may serve Thee,
A heart of faith - that I may abide in Thee.

week Five

Clint alone in the café

Week Five - Editing

Exploring Film

Background story
Clint, aged around 7, has been making a packed lunch for himself and his unemployed father. After packing the sandwiches in a plastic box, the pair set out for the local town where the dad has an appointment for a job interview. Arriving at a local café, dad buys the cheapest snack possible, and asks the waitress to keep an eye on Clint while he goes to an amusement arcade across the road for the interview.
The scene starts with Clint alone in the café, except for the waitress, who is working at the other end of the room. He looks out of the café window to see if he can see his father returning from the interview. As his father has been gone some time, Clint grows anxious. Suddenly, he decides to leave the cafe. He picks up his sandwich box and runs to the door; at that moment a vagrant enters, and Clint retreats to his chair in the café. The vagrant is hungry and has his eye on the boy’s packed lunch.

Adjust Our Course

The Fleur-de-lis moth

“Life is a luminous halo, a semi-transparent envelope, and it surrounds us from the beginning.”  - Virgina Woolf

It has been said the flower of the lily signifies perfection, light, and life.  The moth is a nocturnal creature, whereas the butterfly is diurnal.  As a creature of the night and by her navigational devices, we see the moth is highly influenced by the power of the moon.  This aspect ties in with animal symbolism of intuition, and psychic awareness.  Here we see a fragile vulnerability in the moth.  The moon is her mother, and she will follow her course at all cost. This makes her open to distraction, vulnerable to harm.  Here we may find another message to ADJUST OUR COURSE as our path indicates rather than drive forward without heeding important signs along the way.

I captured the above picture this morning on my patio in the midst of a deep discussion with a friend (butterfly and moth person) about world affairs.  She requested clarification on my last blog post, and I attempted to explain the deeper aspects.  Her question to me was simple.  How do you know who is telling the truth?  I’ve been attempting to tell this story for over five years now.  The reason I’ve been so passionate about telling this story is because, in some sense, it is a microcosm of “what’s wrong in the world,” and when applied to the macrocosm could give us all a clue on how to solve the global problem.

After the discussion on the details which I will share in a moment, the Fleur-de-lis Moth  showed up.  Lo and behold, the image I snapped on my iPhone related directly to the work I had done in the past promoting my script PEACE LILY.  I realized at that moment, everything that I’ve been up to over the past five years has been about this theme.  The main character is faced with a struggle against an external villain, a well-established system.   The question regarding the main character as well as all of us is this can we maintain our individuality or will we end up just another brick in the wall?

Adjust our course?   The moon has an influence over the tides, and we must not be distracted but heed the signs.  You've heard the phrase "the devil is in the details," and that is exactly what you can't see when distracted.

Institutions and written agreements (policies, treaties, etc.) are not by their nature evil.  However, those individuals sitting in positions of power and control within an institution or writing those policies could be evil.  Just as the picture above of the Fluer-de-lis Moth divides the picture with a brick wall, so does everything you experience in life.  Like the main character in PEACE LILY, we choose a path with great intentions and become jaded when we discover the hidden secrets behind the brick wall.  Any attempt to change a broken system or bad policies seems hopeless in the face of deception.  As the main character discovered, the deception comes from a small number of individuals within the system manipulating others to steal funds.  The heroine first sees a light that opens her eyes and then brings the light to the institution to stop the corruption.  The small group of corrupt individuals are taken out of their positions and replaced with individuals willing to follow the rule of laws established.  The moral of the story is you have a choice in doing the right thing for the good of all people involved.
The tides are turning as more people are reaching for light and life.  We all have internal navigational devices.  Changing the course is only a matter of choice.

The New Deal vs. The Raw Deal

The New Deal vs. The Raw Deal

The New Deal was a series of domestic programs enacted in the United States between 1933 and 1938, and a few that came later. They included both laws passed by Congress as well as presidential executive orders during the first term (1933–37) of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The programs were in response to the Great Depression and focused on what historians refer to as the "3 Rs": Relief, Recovery, and Reform. That is Relief for the unemployed and poor; Recovery of the economy to normal levels; and Reform of the financial system to prevent a repeat depression. - Wikipedia

Let There Be Light

The RAW DEAL is happening now, and YOU have a part to play.  The painful truth has been exposed by many individuals, groups, and by the very source of OUR pain.  Yes, the Network of Global Corporate Control as identified by Karen Hudes, Attorney for the Global Debt Facility and World Bank Whistle-blower, will eventually lose the tug of war as shown in a power transition model. What's the BIG deal about the power transition model?

I know it all sounds GREEK to the layperson!

In this tug of war between the New Deal makers and the Raw Deal shakers, Karen Hudes has taken the helm of this large boat on stormy seas because her position within the world bank allowed her to discover the corruption as well as bring the corruption into the light.  As stated in this Update on Bringing the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development into Compliance posted today. As a bond holder, she has the right to ask about the corruption, and as the world bank attorney, she has the power to form agreements with the appropriate parties involved for the benefit of the PEOPLE.

Why is that the case?  The reconstruction of monetary systems on a global scale is the role the World Bank and could actually perform the "3Rs" that is Relief for the unemployed and poor; Recovery of the economy to normal levels; and Reform of the financial system to prevent a repeat depression.

Network of Corporate Control vs. the Coalition for the Rule of Law.

Turning about without capsizing.

The I DEAL is for everyone to share this information far and wide!  We need the 20 percent of people in critical positions of power to move to the other side of the boat to prevent it from capsizing. I'm talking about the 80/20 rule which is a rough guide about normal distributions.
The Pareto Principle is the observation (not law) that most things in life are not distributed evenly. It can mean all of the following things:
  • 20% of the input creates 80% of the result
  • 20% of the workers produce 80% of the result
  • 20% of the customers create 80% of the revenue
  • 20% of the bugs cause 80% of the crashes
  • 20% of the features cause 80% of the usage
  • And on and on…
You are not carrying 100% of the load. However, you can be a part of this deal.  If we can reach 20% of those individuals in power positions with reason and maybe a little fear that we're on to the game, then a peaceful transition to the "3Rs" will be accomplished.  The monopoly game played in our country can stop if we the PEOPLE turn the tables on this situation.  If you haven't heard about this situation and are in disbelieve, then take a look at the constitutional changes that's allowed the Network of Corporate Control to exist.

COMMENTARY ON LAW IN AMERICA

COMMENTARY ON LAW IN AMERICA: A SHORT STORY
By Lawrence M. Friedman

This book published thirteen years ago, which covers two hundred and twenty-five years of jurisprudence and how it evolved in American Law is pertinent today as we look at the systems and organizations that rule our world.

Do we need ORGANS AND SYSTEMS TO RULE OVER US?  Or, should I say do we need ass holes "ruling" our world?
Google attorney and ass hole. You'll find many references to both these words.  Please don’t take offense lawyers who do an excellent job in keeping our societal body functioning?  However, you do know what I’m talking about and often call each other out with such language.

For a BODY to function properly, it needs organs and systems to work properly.

You could say America is currently constipated. Constipation is one of those topics we seldom discuss. If you've suffered from this problem, though, you know it can be both painful and frustrating.

Our situation in America is painful and frustrating, and this is why I want to share my thoughts on the Book Law in America.
Why is it the case that the newspapers are full of material about the legal system?  What makes law so central to American society?  Where does all this law come from? Is all of this emphasis on law and legal matters good for the country, or is it a sign of some deep-seated pathology?  What is American law, and how did it get this way?  These questions are the subject of this short book.  - L. M. Friedman
I'll be presenting a few highlights of the book along with some possible insights.  We'll start with Friedman's definition of law.
For now, I want to adopt a simple, but broad and workable definition.  Law is, above all, collective action, action through and by a government.  When I say 'the law,' I mean the legal system.  The legal system includes, first of all, a body of rules - the laws themselves.  Some of these are federal laws, enacted by Congress; some come from state legislatures, some are ordinances of city government.  ...The lawyers are a vital part of the system, just as teachers are essential to the educational system and doctors and nurse are essential to the medical system.  And 'the legal system' is the way all of these people and institutions interact with one another, and with the general public.  There are even broader ways of defining the law.  It can be looked at as a kind of process, which does not have to be connected with a 'government' at all.  Universities, factories, hospitals, big companies - these also often have a kind of 'legal system' quite internal, quite 'private.'  Law can, in other words, be official or unofficial; government or private.  ...All societies, in a sense, have a 'legal system.'  They all have rules and ways to enforce the rules.  The 'law' inside a family is usually not written down, and 'procedures' are pretty informal.  But big society needs formality; it cannot go on without formality - without rules, especially rules of law.  - L. M. Friedman

We have a definition.  So, let's look at the process closer and discover why our societal digestive system is not working as it should.  The obvious question to ask is what are you putting in your "mouth?"  What's going in our societal digestive system that causes symptoms of constipation?  Our youth don't think much about their bowel movements or what they are swallowing because it takes a few years to get backed up a bit.  However, there will come a day when this is all you are concerned with as you discover how much it affects your health.  I'm not talking about the quick fix of pushing a laxative in your rear; I am talking about control of your diet.

"...big companies - these also often have a kind of 'legal system' entirely internal, quite 'private."  I'll use Burger King as an example, but it is not the only CORPORATION with the slogan "Have it your way."

Wow, don't we all want to have it our way!  This juicy bit is really tasty in so many ways.  We'll move to the internal aspects of the typical corporation (not to single out one) and how that particular legal system operates.  Based on my observations of policies and procedures in a typical corporation when the time comes for raises, insurance policy changes or 401 K discussions, there appears to be a major campaign for employees to "have it their way" on some moral issue, dress code, or smokers vs. nonsmokers break times.  By chance does any of this sound familiar on a larger scale? Have you noticed the USA Corp using these same policies and procedures?  Being able to wear your massive, gaudy gold necklace at work doesn't seem as important when you need better health care, a real retirement fund, and extra money to keep up with (hidden) inflation.  This stuff is more like spicy food that makes your ass hole burn like an inferno.
"But big society needs formality; it cannot go on without formality - without rules, especially rules of law."  In simple, face-to-face societies, custom, habits, and tradition do most of the heavy lifting as far as enforcing the norms is concerned.  But in a complex society where the interactions between strangers are pervasive, a society where people buy food and clothes, instead of growing and making these themselves, a society made up of many different groups and many different ways of thinking, customs loses it bite, traditions give up their grip, and society comes to depend on other ways control whatever forces and objects and people the society want to control. This mechanism is what we call the law.  Social control still, of course, depends heavily on customs, habits, and traditions; and the law does not come out of nowhere - it builds on these customs, habits, and traditions; but it adds to them the bite and sting of collective rules and collective enforcement.  ...To begin with, our legal system is a common law system.  The common law is one of many families of legal systems in the world.  Legal systems are a little bit like languages in this regard.  French, Spanish, and Italian are Romance languages: they are independent languages, but they have a lot in common, mostly because they have a common ancestor.  Most of the legal systems of Europe belong to a single great family, often called the civil law family. ...The common law, therefore, became the basis of the legal system in all the English-speaking colonies.  In modern times, some non-Western countries have shopped around for a Western legal system, which would do a better job of catapulting them into the contemporary world than their indigenous systems.  Japan and Turkey are famous examples.  In every case, what was chosen was civil law, continental European law.  Why?  One answer is that these are codified systems.  Their basic rules take the form of codes-rationally arranged mega-statues, which set out the guts of the law, the essential concepts, and doctrines.  In theory, judges have no power to add or subtract from the law, which is entirely contained in the codes.  Their only task is to interpret these rules.  The core of the common law, on the other hand, was essentially created by the judges, as they decided actual cases.  ...There are many other differences, big ones, and little ones, between common law and civil law systems.  There are differences in procedures, in institutions, and in substantive rules.  On the whole, civil law systems lack a jury (the PEOPLE's VOICE), for example. - L. M. Friedman
Now that's a whopper to digest! Commercial Law  It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both private law and public law.  Law is a product of society; and as society changes, so do its legal system. Today, you may hear people talk about bringing back the rule of law, or we'll be headed for the dark ages soon.

For those individuals tired of swallowing crap and fighting to stop the commercial courts from bleeding us to death with fines and fees, Kudos.  Sovereign citizens often challenge the courts to use the proper jurisdiction and follow the Constitution instead of USA Inc. Corporate policy.
..is that law expresses the distribution of power.  It takes social energy and force to make law, or to enforce the law, or to change the law.  The legal system of any society is a mirror that reflects, necessarily, the structure of power in that society.  ...Also, the legal order also expresses limits on power.  This is most obvious in the constitutional scheme - in the Bill of Rights. L.M. Friedman
 Natural Remedy For Hemorrhoids

Exercise your rights
Put healthy fibers in your system
Watch what you drink

If we make the legal system accountable, with our mouth, and bring back the good fibers, the proper jurisdiction in our courts, and stop drinking the (CORPORATION) Kool-aid, the stress of hemorrhoids on our legal system will take care of itself.

Do we need ORGANS AND SYSTEMS TO RULE OVER US?  Or, should I say do we need ass holes "ruling" our world?  It is not a matter of the ass hole ruling our world, but whether we protect our ass from all the symptoms of constipation.
